Contact us and we will arrange a collection for you from an home or work. Ironing is normally returned within 48 hours to an address of your choice.Orders received on Fridays will be returned by the end of Monday.Orders can be requested for return within 24 hours at an extra charge.If you are unavailable at the agreed time there may be an additional charge for a second attempt at collection or delivery.Ironing is charged per lb in weight. Weight will be rounded up to the nearest lb.There is a minimum order of £13.00.We accept cash or cheque and payment must be made on return of ironing.All items will be returned either on hangers or folded as requested by client.Damaged or unwashed garments will be returned unironed.In the unlikely event of any garment being damaged we will compensate to a maximum of £50 per item.
